What You Need to Make this Tea

Let’s go over the ingredients you need to make this warming, wellness-boosting tea! I used 310 Hibiscus Tea, 310 Vitamin C Powder, 310 MCT Oil, hot water, an orange slice and a little bit of honey (which is optional).

Adding the C powder and the MCT Oil to the brewed tea gives it a burst of citrusy flavor and provides a jolt of energy for both mind and body. It also creates a slightly thicker consistency with the creamy oil.

310 Hibiscus Tea

The first ingredient in this recipe is a true party and excitement for the senses! This bold, exciting, and juicy tropical tea featuring a hint of cranberry tartness is naturally sweet and uplifting. The tea contains hibiscus flowers, which are rich in antioxidants and help support great immunity and total body health.

310 Hibiscus Tea also features a proprietary blend of herbs that you can find in all 310 teas – including green tea, oolong tea, rooibos, yerba mate, ginger, pomegranate and more.

All of these herbs together support complete body cleansing and toxin removal, promote satiety and fullness, help boost metabolism and energy, and support your weight loss goals. This is the perfect tea for your waistline, taste buds, and health!

310 Vitamin C Powder

With this unique, fast-absorbing Vitamin C powder, you can add a scoop of wellness-promoting deliciousness to your glass, and in the case of this recipe, your cup of tea.

Unlike regular vitamin C supplements, this powder contains immune-supporting minerals like zinc, along with B vitamins to support energy and wellness.

The powder also contains other electrolyte minerals like magnesium and calcium to help you rehydrate faster and replenish lost fluids. It’s the perfect supplement for regaining strength and energy for fitness, sickness, or just maintaining optimal wellness.

And it makes the perfect citrusy addition to this yummy Orange Hibiscus Tea!

310 MCT Oil

This tea recipe also contains MCT Oil – which gives a dose of fast-absorbing healthy fats that help fuel the body and brain.

310 MCT Oil has a very light coconut taste so it’s easy to add into drinks unnoticeably.

It’s also perfect for keto diets and can help you get into and stay in ketosis longer.

Recipe Variations

Want to change up this recipe slightly to use up different ingredients? I highly recommend you try this invigorating tea just once the way it is, but there are also many ways you can switch up the ingredients to create a new flavor, and get different benefits.

Here are some suggestions I think you might like or feel free to create your own…

  • Use another flavor of 310 Tea, like Jasmine Mint
  • Add 1 packet of 310 Lemonade instead of vitamin C for pH balancing support and tangy-fruity taste
  • Add in fresh mint sprigs
  • Add a dash of cinnamon, cayenne, or another spice
