1. Salted Caramel Apple Pie Shake

Two apple cinnamon smoothie with fresh apples, cinnamon sticks and honey on the side.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Salted Caramel
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

2. Very Berry Banana Shake

Two jars of strawberry banana smoothies with mint leaves, served with fresh fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Salted Caramel
  • 1 banana
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
  • 2 tbsp PB powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp strawberry extract
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 cup ice

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

3. Chocolate Delight Shake

Two glasses of chocolate delight shake, each topped with a fresh strawberry.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1-2 tsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix 

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve, top with lite whipped cream, and enjoy!

4. Peanut Butter Salted Caramel Apple Shake

Two jars of peanut butter salted caramel apple shake with almonds and fresh apple slices.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Salted Caramel
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of PB powder 
  • 1 apple, sliced (with skin)
  • Optional: Ice

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Two jars of dark chocolate cherry shake with fresh grapes on the side.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Chocolate
  • 1 cup dark chocolate almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cherries

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
