Raspberry Lemon Cake Shake

How to Make this Raspberry Lemon Cake Shake

When I think about Raspberry Lemon Cake, I picture a perfectly topped, decadent cake or swirled cupcakes at a wedding reception, birthday party or another event. I wanted to recreate that indulgence of flavor in this recipe, using 310 Lemon Cake Shake, which has become my new favorite shake flavor for so many reasons.

I already loved everything lemon-flavored, but this shake offers a very special touch in bringing all of the notes of actual lemon cake or an iced lemon loaf to life in a drinkable form.

What You Need to Make this Shake

Along with 310 Lemon Cake Shake, I also used frozen instead of fresh raspberries for this recipe, but you can use either. I use frozen ingredients whenever possible because it gives shakes a richer, thicker texture similar to frozen yogurt.

I also used almond milk and Greek yogurt, but you can use any nut-based milk along with any yogurt you prefer.

And finally, I added MCT Oil and lemon zest to this recipe. If you aren’t familiar with MCT Oil, I’ll dig into some of the benefits, below. And lemon zest gives this smoothie a kick of additional citrusy taste that really takes the lemon flavor to the next level!

310 All-In-One Lemon Cake Shake

As a current lemon lover, I was already obsessed with anything lemon, and 310 Lemon Cake Shake doesn’t disappoint! It offers all the bold and citrusy flavors of lemon combined with rich and decadent cake.

In addition, I love that this shake flavor tastes like a dessert while only having 110 calories per serving, no sugar or artificial flavorings.

Each 310 All-In-One Shake is packed with superfoods, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, digestive enzymes, and adaptogens to support full body wellness, energy, digestion, immunity, and your weight loss goals.

MCT Oil

As promised, let’s go over some of the benefits of MCT Oil. Derived from coconut oil, it’s a concentrated version of medium chain triglyceride fats which can be utilized in your system immediately, creating an instant burst of energy for body and mind.

For this reason, MCT Oil is known to support a boost in mental and physical stamina and performance that lasts throughout the day, and may support faster metabolism and fat-burning.

It also adds a creamier texture to your drinks without changing the flavor!

Recipe Variations

Feel free to make this recipe your own by adding or removing ingredients based on what you have on hand. Here are some suggestions for ways you can switch it up:

  • Coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt for a dairy-free version
  • A handful of spinach for additional greens and more creamy texture
  • Oat milk or coconut milk instead of nut milk
  • Another berry instead of raspberries
