St. Paddy's Day Smoothie

What I love most about this shake is how indulgently creamy it is, and you would never even know there's spinach and avocado in it - making it a great way to get in more greens.
While my recipe is completely vegan for those who eat plant-based or are trying to consume less dairy, you can use regular dairy alternatives if you prefer or have those on hand.
This smoothie tastes like a special seasonal treat but will fuel your body and supply invaluable nutrients! Read on to make yours.

Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ⅓ cup frozen avocado *cubed*
- 2 dates *pitted*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cashew milk
- ⅓ cup coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop shamrock cream meal replacement
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
- Toppings: coconut whipped cream and mini dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add all ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite glass and top with coconut whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
