The Turning Point...
When I started using 310 Nutrition products in July of 2015, I weighed just over 300 lbs. At 25 years old I was borderline pre-diabetic and had no energy. I also had PCOS, or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and the doctor told me that I had to do something about my weight and fast. She said that if I didn’t lose the weight I may never be able to have kids.
At that point, I finally started to look at some pictures of myself and realized that I was unhealthy. I had avoided the camera for years, but at that point I could finally see what the scale was saying.
The Change...
I had tried many crash diets in the past and nothing worked. But then I saw a post on JWoww’s Facebook page about 310 and thought, “What do I have to lose?” I replaced both my breakfast and dinner with shakes and ate a healthy low carb, low fat lunch.
I'm happy to say that by using 310 products and doing moderate exercise I was able to achieve what I thought was impossible. I owe it all to the amazing products at 310 Nutrition! Along the way I have used 310 Shake (I love the Chocolate flavor most), 310 Lemonade, 310 Tea, and 310 Cleanse. They all worked wonders for me.
Weight Loss Success!
In the first month I lost 20 pounds and felt amazing. I had so much energy and was motivated to keep going. Fast forward to today I have now lost 120 lbs! I am no longer borderline diabetic and my health is the best it has ever been!
Since I am now in what I consider a maintenance phase, I only replace my breakfast with a shake. Looking back from where I started, I am so happy to say that I have not only met but surpassed my goal. The doctor said to lose 40 lbs but after I did that I just kept pushing myself and losing more and more!
For others questioning whether they can accomplish their goals, I would tell them that it’s achievable. To keep going, because it can be done! I look forward to continuing with 310 and building a healthy future for myself. I can’t wait to see what new products they come out with next!
