Subscribe & Save is a feature that allows you to set up automatic reorders of products you use frequently, on a schedule convenient for you, and at a discount on our everyday low price. It saves you 25% off the regular price, plus you'll get free items upon renewal on qualifying orders.
All “Subscribe & Save” orders are shipped using standard shipping. You'll also be able to receive "Private Reserve" flavors such as Salted Caramel, Chocolate Mint, Toasted Coconut even if they're unavailable for purchase online.

How do I qualify for free gifts with my subscription?
Qualifications for a free gift can change depending on:
- Time of your subscription renewal
- Subtotal value of your subscription renewal
Our free gift program is designed to mirror what is offered online.
For example, if we are running a promotion for a free shaker cup with $75+ purchases, and your subscription happens to renew on a day when the promotion is live (and your subscription subtotal is $75 or higher), you'll receive your free gift with your subscription.
Special Cases:
- If no minimum purchase is required to receive a free gift, all subscription orders within the promotion dates will receive the free gift.
- If there are multiple free gifts available in a promotion, one will be selected by default for you upon subscription renewal. You may contact customer service if you would like to change the free gift option.
- If you skip your subscription, your free gift may or may not change depending on the live promotion at the time of your rescheduled subscription (if you qualify).
When do I pay for my “Subscribe & Save” order?
You pay for “Subscribe & Save” items on your initial purchase date and then approximately every 30 Days (or your chose delivery frequency) thereafter unless you modify or cancel your shipment intervals. For each shipment, we will charge your credit card for the price of the item at the time the order is processed less the “Subscribe & Save” discount, plus any applicable sales tax along with applicable shipping & handling fees.
Once I sign up, when will I get my first order?
As soon as you submit your purchase we will begin processing your first order. The estimated delivery range for your first order is generally no more than 7 business days.
What happens after I get my first shipment?
We will automatically process your next shipment on the schedule you selected when you placed your order.
“Subscribe & Save” orders are available in one-month intervals online but you can customize your frequency by calling or emailing our customer service department. You select the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we will send out the shipments on that schedule automatically.
You're welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. However, if you cancel before you receive your second shipment, we are required to charge a price adjustment fee of the difference you would have paid for a one time purchase. This prevents people from signing up to get the discount for a one time purchase and rewards those who stick to their 310 healthy habits. For example, if you ordered a 310 Shake at $51.00 with Subscribe & Save, but cancel before your second shipment, you will be charged $17 to the card you have on file, the remainder of what the one-time price of $68.00 would be. But not to worry, there are no extra charges for skipping or postponing shipments or for changing the product you receive.
Yes! We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products (excluding sample packs and starter kits). If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we do not want you to have to pay for them. No questions asked; you can return whatever products you were dissatisfied with and we will give you a full refund. You pay only the return shipping and handling.
There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription any time. However, if you cancel before your second order has processed, you will incur a price adjustment fee. This includes the dollar amount difference between the one-time purchase option and “Subscribe & Save.”

You may change the quantity and frequency of your subscription as well as the billing and shipping address and payment method at any time online by calling or emailing us. Updates will be applied to all future shipments associated with the subscription.
Changes made do not apply to shipments that have already entered the shipping process. If you're unsure whether a shipment is in the process of being sent to you, please call us.
What if the price of the item changes after I place my order?
