Is it just me or do bananas seem to overripen overnight?! No matter how quickly I use them, I seem to have one or two bananas that I need to peel and freeze so they don’t go to waste. Luckily, I love using frozen bananas in my shakes to add creaminess and natural sweetness, which is how this Banana Cream Shake was born!

This dessert-like shake is packed with an impressive 20g of protein and 9g of fiber from a variety of nutrient-dense ingredients including 310 Shake, Greek yogurt, and of course, bananas! There are no added sugars, artificial flavorings, or additives, making it a great option for a healthy snack, breakfast, or pre- or post workout drink that fits into even the busiest schedules. What You Need to Make this Shake

Don’t be intimidated by all the ingredients in this recipe... I promise you probably have most of the items in your pantry! I used 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, plain Greek yogurt, banana extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ice. If you don’t have banana extract, you can just add a touch more vanilla extract instead.

How can you add a dessert-like flavor without added sugars, you may be wondering? The answer is with a scoop of 310 Organic Vanilla! This meal replacement shake is made with Stevia and monk fruit for a sweet, vanilla bean taste that can be used in several different recipes including baked goods, oatmeal, and chia seed puddings.

How to Make this Shake

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp banana extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
