What You Need to Make this Smoothie
To make this superfood smoothie, you will need 310 Organic Unflavored, 310 Mixed Berry Greens, frozen mixed berries, kale, chia seeds, hemp seeds, water or coconut water, ice, and spirulina (optional). For this particular recipe, I recommend buying bushels of kale so you can easily remove the leafy greens from the stem, which can be fibrous and give the smoothie a bitter taste.

- Almond or coconut milk instead of water
- Spinach instead of kale

How to Make this Smoothie
The first step to making this smoothie is removing the leafy green part of the kale from the stem. Once you have your cup of kale, put it in the blender with water and blend on a medium setting until the kale is fully blended. Blending the kale first with water helps remove any chunky green bits that you may experience when just combining everything at once.
Next, once your greens are fully blended, add the remaining ingredients and blend again on a higher setting until you reach a thick and smooth consistency. Serve your finished smoothie in a glass or shaker cup and enjoy your superfood drink!

- 1 scoop 310 Mixed Berry Greens
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
