Not to mention, I’m pretty convinced that this shake tastes similar to a blackberry fruit tarte, and I think you’ll agree! So, you can enjoy a “sweet treat” that’s delicious enough to be on your dessert table, without all the added sugars! Plus, as hot weather quickly approaches, this recipe is perfect for when you need something light yet nourishing without even needing to turn on the stove!

With just five simple ingredients, this smoothie is incredibly easy to make – and blissfully unique. All you need is 310 Vanilla, frozen blackberries, chia seeds, water, and mint leaves for an uplifting, energizing meal or snack. It’s definitely a shake recipe that can be enjoyed by the entire family, and it can even be added into popsicle molds for a healthy treat to help cool you down in the summer!

Before giving you the full, yummy recipe, I’ll let you in on some of the impressive potential health benefits of this shake, by highlighting some of the star ingredients!

Superior, Indulgent Taste: 310 Vanilla

The first ingredient I use in this shake recipe for a subtly sweet and indulgent base is 310 Vanilla Shake! If you’re familiar with my 310 recipes, you know 310 Vanilla Shake is one of my go-to’s for creating the perfect foundation for any dessert-like smoothie.

With plant-based Stevia as the sweetener, you can indulge your sweet tooth in a nutritious, yet totally satisfying way. Aside from providing delicious flavor, 310 Vanilla Shake also offers an abundance of nutrients to fuel your body and mind!

310 Shakes include a blend of plant-based proteins to help promote feelings of fullness, along with 5g of dietary fiber to support optimal digestion. They also offer 20 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, E, and D, as well as calcium, zinc, potassium, and magnesium; In addition, each serving also includes 1 billion CFU of probiotics to support your gut, digestive, immune and total body health.

The best part? 310 Shakes are free from dairy, gluten, soy, and nuts, so if you have sensitivities to any of these common allergens, you can still enjoy this indulgent meal replacement shake smoothie that includes all the elements of a well-balanced meal!

Antioxidant-Rich Treat: Blackberries

This powerfully-nutritious berry may not be as popular as strawberries or blueberries, but it packs an amazing punch in both awesome flavor and immense nutritional value.

Blackberries, like its other berry cousins, are rich in antioxidants to help fight off excess free radicals that may lead to an imbalance in the body. They're also full of fiber, supporting digestion and satiety, and overall are super nutritious! In fact, just one cup of blackberries contains about 30mg of vitamin C to help support immunity and overall health!

Refreshing, Uplifting Herb: Mint

Last but not least, let’s talk about the most intriguing ingredient in this smoothie recipe… mint! If you’re worried that this shake may be too minty or overpowering, fresh mint (unlike mint extract), is actually quite subtle and has a natural sweetness to it that pairs especially well with rich and creamy 310 Vanilla.

Adding refreshing mint into your healthy beverages like this smoothie is an awesome way to simply incorporate more fresh herbs into your diet and get more nutrients, like vitamin A, C and E. Plus, studies show that mint has many potential health benefits - from stress relief to digestive regulation, weight loss and more.

Bonus tip: If you have extra mint left over, try adding it to your water with your choice of fruit to help you stay hydrated in a totally tasty way!
