What You Need to Make this Smoothie

The ingredients I used in this recipe are 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen blueberries, frozen cauliflower rice, 310 Mixed Greens Juice, chia seeds, spinach, and ice.

310 Organic Unflavored

If you find yourself getting hungry about an hour or so after drinking a smoothie, you’re not alone! That’s why I recommend adding a scoop of 310 Organic Unflavored to your drink to promote satiety in a sugar-free and nutritious way. 310 Organic Unflavored has a plethora of nutrients including protein from a blend of pumpkin, pea, and brown rice, and helps add a creamy texture to your smoothies. I love adding this into both sweet and savory recipes and here’s why….

  • 5g of dietary fiber
  • Free from sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, nuts, and GMOs
  • Vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly
  • Contains a blend of broccoli, ginger, beet, spinach, and more

How to Prepare this Smoothie

First, add almond milk and spinach to the blender and blend until smooth. Next, combine the rest of the ingredients and blend again for 30 to 40 seconds and that’s it!

Recipe Tip

If you struggle with getting a smooth consistency while blending up greens, first blend your veggie with your liquid to create a smooth puree before adding the rest of the ingredients. This extra step will ensure everything is perfectly incorporated!

Recipe Variations

Recipes are a great way to spark inspiration and guide creativity, but I often adjust them to suit my own taste and preferences. Have some fun and make this smoothie your own creation and experiment with different ingredients!

  • Organic Vanilla or Toasted Coconut instead of Unflavored
  • Coconut water instead of almond milk
  • Mixed berries or your favorite berry
  • Flax or hemp seeds instead of chia
  • Kale instead of spinach
