Can’t get enough of peanut butter and chocolate combined?! I’m in the same boat as you! Chocolate and peanut butter is a flavor pairing that I always turn to because it’s such a classic, indulgent combo. This Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Shake is a must-try and I highly recommend it as a snack, dessert, or breakfast. It’s sweet and creamy while being packed with whole food ingredients to support complete health. If you’re looking for a pre- or post-workout shake, this drink is also a great option to replenish and fuel your body with wholesome nutrition!

I’ve blended up this recipe countless times because it takes just minutes to prepare and is packed with essential nutrients including quality protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs. Designed to promote satiety, this shake contains 25g of plant-based proteins and 10g of dietary fiber from 310 Shake and additional ingredients, to support your wellness and weight loss goals. It’s hard to believe this nutritious shake can taste so delicious, but you’ll just have to try it for yourself!

What You Need to Make this Recipe

The ingredients that you will need to make this shake are 310 Organic Chocolate, unsweetened cashew milk, frozen banana, rolled oats, 310 Peanut Butter Powder, cashew butter, vanilla extract, and ice. I like using cashew butter because it offers a cookie-like flavor, but feel free to use peanut butter instead.

I couldn’t make this recipe without the tried-and-true 310 Organic Chocolate! Rather than using sugary syrups or powders, just one scoop of this meal replacement shake is all you need to achieve the perfect chocolate flavor while packing in plant-based proteins and fiber. It’s also free from sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, and GMOs, which is why I love using it in all of my smoothies!

Although I typically add 310 Organic Chocolate into my shakes, I also enjoy using it to make overnight oats, chia seed puddings, and energy balls for an extra boost of nutrition. See below for even more impressive qualities that this shake possesses!

It’s time to shake things up a bit! Check out some of these alternative ingredients that also pair well with this recipe…

  • Add cacao powder or cacao nibs
  • Almond or coconut milk instead of cashew
  • Frozen cauliflower rice instead of frozen banana
  • Organic Vanilla instead of Organic Chocolate

How to Make this Shake

To make this shake, simply combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth using a medium-to-high setting. When you’ve reached a smooth and creamy consistency, serve your finished drink into a glass or shaker cup and savor your satiating and healthy dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Chocolate
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp 310 Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
