I’ve unfortunately weighed more than I’ve wanted to for what seems like my entire life and have “yoyo” dieted for years. Since finding 310, I can honestly say that everything has changed – and I do believe that it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me! I’ve conquered so much more than I ever thought possible.
After giving birth almost two years ago to twin girls, life happened and with the busyness came the weight gain. I ended up gaining 42+ pounds, gaining back my baby weight and more. My favorite shake flavor is the whey-based chocolate shake and my daily shake recipe has half a banana, one cup of unsweetened almond milk, all natural peanut butter with flax seed, four ounces of espresso and ice. Simple and delicious!
The best part is how convenient the shakes are with my busy lifestyle. Convenience is the biggest necessity for me with taking care of my girls. I don’t have time to make a gourmet healthy breakfast and lunch every day; well, now I can’t wait to have my shake every morning! My ultimate goal is to lose 100 lbs., and I’m so close! I lost the first 60 lbs. without doing any exercise at all, and only using 310 Shakes. But now that I have the energy I am adding exercise back in!
My advice to anyone else looking to lose weight is that as soon as you know you’re mentally ready, just go for it, because that’s when you’ll succeed at it!
