The Challenge...
I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life, finding it hard to hold myself accountable for my actions, and failing to stick to a plan. But, all the time, I knew I needed to improve my health, I just couldn’t find a way to do it that worked for me for the long-run.
Instead of being patient with myself when I tried to eat better and live healthier, I would be hard on myself for not being “perfect”. In turn, I would become discouraged to even try to make healthy choices because I couldn’t meet my high standards.
Over time, I’ve had to learn to accept that we are all human, and what’s important is to find a balance that works for me. Now, I eat mostly clean foods that I enjoy, but also allow myself to indulge in moderation. 310 has been a huge help in this process of self-discovery, healing, and ultimately finding success!
The Change…
I came across 310 from an advertisement on Facebook and thought it might work well with my busy lifestyle – I was right! The biggest draw for me is that the shakes are really quick and easy to take on-the-go, and they also taste great.

It’s now been just about 5 months that I’ve been using 310 products and eating a clean diet – which is really not a long time at all! But, I’ve been committed to living a healthier life, and this time I have the support of the 310 Community behind me to help hold me accountable. So, for the first time, I’ve been able to move forward in my weight loss goals!
In just 5 short months, I’ve lost 70 lbs! At first, I didn’t notice much of a difference in the way I looked, but upon showing “before” photos to others, they would shower me with praise and tell me how far I’d come.
The best part is that I’m still not done, yet I’m healthier and more confident than I’ve ever been! When I started with 310 I was 298 lbs, and I’m now 228 lbs – but my ultimate goal is to get to 170 lbs. So, I have another 58 lbs to go! But I know that I will get there and I’m going to be patient and enjoy where I am in the process – because it is so much better than where I used to be, and I truly feel amazing!
What I Love BEST About 310 Shakes…
What I love best about 310 Shakes is how great they work with my lifestyle. I work some unusual hours, and previous to 310, I would typically eat anything I had in front of me, which was almost always unhealthy. But the shakes allow me to have quick, nutritious meals in literal seconds.
My Healthy Lifestyle Routine…
My current healthy lifestyle routine includes a healthy diet and as of more recently, exercise. For breakfast, I like to have a shake or eggs and fruit for breakfast. For lunch, I typically do a protein (like meat) and veggies. And dinner is a shake!
For snacks, I like hard-boiled eggs, almonds, fruit, veggies, cheese sticks and yogurt.
I also exercise 3-5 days a week, which started a few months after beginning to use 310 products and eating a healthy diet, since I had more energy! I walk anywhere from 2-6 miles, or go to the gym and do the elliptical for 2-4 miles, do leg and arm machines, or walk on the treadmill for 2-4 miles at 3.5 mph.
My Favorite Shake Recipe You Have To Try…
My favorite shake recipe is super-easy and delicious. It includes 1 cup of almond milk, 1 small banana, half a cup of strawberries, and 1 scoop of 310 Chocolate Shake.
How I Stay Motivated Through Community...
As mentioned, the 310 Community on Facebook has been so important to me throughout all of this. Whenever I have a question or concern, or I’m feeling a bit stuck in my journey, I go there for advice and always find lots of help and encouragement.
It’s the best way I’ve found to overcome my struggle to stay accountable, and also help others stay accountable as well. And I truly love giving and receiving support from others!
Advice for Newbies…
My advice to anyone who is just starting out is to be patient and stick with it! The scale will fluctuate, but don’t let it discourage you. Eating healthier is likely improving so many things internally that you can’t physically see, and your body will surely thank you!
