Salted Caramel Mocha Smoothie Recipe

Getting out of bed is so much easier when there’s something to look forward to, and this Salted Caramel Mocha Smoothie is exactly what you need to jumpstart your day! Personally, I don’t always have time to cook breakfast, but I’ll always make time for a quick cup of coffee. Luckily, this smoothie combines breakfast and coffee into one convenient drink that can be blended up in just a couple of minutes for busy and hectic mornings. Bonus: It tastes like a dessert, and what better way to begin the day than with a healthy sweet treat?!

Most people drink coffee to get a burst of energy, but it also contains antioxidants to help support health. While sugar, cream, or artificial syrups are often added to combat the bitter taste and create a more palatable drink, you can achieve a flavored latte flavor using 310 Shakes instead! I’m a big fan of using 310 Shakes to sweeten my coffee in a sugar-free way while adding a plethora of plant-based proteins. This way, you can reap all the benefits of coffee while incorporating whole foods into your day!

What You Need to Make this Recipe

Let’s first go over what ingredients you will need to make this smoothie. I used 310 Organic Mocha, 310 Organic Salted Caramel, frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk, cold brew, hemp seeds, and ice. You can also brew your coffee and chill it the night prior instead of using cold brew.

Mixing 310 Shakes is my favorite way to experiment with new flavors and step out of my comfort zone. For this recipe, I decided to pair Organic Mocha with Organic Salted Caramel and this combination is seriously so good! Sweetened with Stevia, the shake powders add immense flavor without any added sugars and are even vegan and keto-friendly. They also contain a blend of organic superfoods including ginger, turmeric, beet, kale, and more for a boost of nutrition to help balance your health. Let’s finally make this smoothie! Just combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend using a medium-to-high setting until everything is completely smooth. Once there are no clumps remaining, serve your drink in a shaker cup and enjoy your nutritious coffee smoothie wherever you go!
