Strawberry Mango Smoothie Recipe

I love pretty much all fruits, but strawberries and mangoes are definitely on my list of top five favorites. Not to mention, the flavors complement each other perfectly in this Strawberry Mango Smoothie to provide you with a sweet yet slightly tart drink that’s full of nutrition. This juicy smoothie can be blended up in just minutes and makes an ideal snack, breakfast, dessert, or pre- or post-workout shake, to replenish and hydrate your body.

Pre-made, store-bought smoothies tend to have a lot of added sugars in them, which is why I prefer making my own! This way, I have control over what is going into my body and how much of it. Using whole foods, this smoothie is balanced with 18g of quality protein and 11g of fiber to promote fullness and satiety. There’s also a plethora of powerful antioxidants and vitamins from strawberries and mangoes to support your immunity and support overall wellness! Without further ado, let’s get to making the recipe…

What You Need to Make this Recipe

Let’s first review the ingredients that you will need for this smoothie. I used 310 Organic Unflavored, unsweetened almond milk, frozen strawberries, mangoes, chia seeds, and ice. For extra flavor and vitamin C, I also used a scoop of 310 Vitamin C Powder, which is optional!

310 Organic Unflavored

I’m a big fan of how the natural fruity flavors taste in this drink, so I decided to use a scoop of 310 Organic Unflavored to boost the nutritional value of this smoothie, without changing the taste! Just one serving contains 15g of plant-based proteins from pumpkin, brown rice, and pea and 5g of fiber, so you can add it to your favorite shake or smoothie recipes without altering the original flavor. 310 Organic Unflavored is extremely versatile, making it easy to incorporate into shakes, overnight oats, or healthy baked goods. You can even use it in savory dishes by sprinkling it into hummus, dressings, or sauces!

  • Use a different type of berry or a mix of berries

How to Make this Smoothie

Ready to make this yummy smoothie?! Simply combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined into a creamy smooth consistency. Pour your drink into your favorite glass or shaker cup and top it off with chia seeds for extra texture, if desired, and enjoy!
