The Turning Point...        

I was always a petite woman. I was normally around 120-130 pounds. But after I had my son, I put on quite a bit of weight. Being only 5'2", even a little extra weight looks like a lot on me.

I know it may not sound like a lot, but at 144, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin and didn't recognize my body anymore. I managed to get down to 140 by doing some treadmill exercising. But I plateaued pretty quickly and could not get any further. I began to lose hope.

The Change…

The moment that I decided that I needed to lose weight was when someone at work asked me if I was pregnant again because it looked like I had a belly...  I was mortified.

Soon after, I saw an ad for 310 on Facebook. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I used the shakes as breakfast, and within the first 2 weeks, I already noticed my clothes were fitting better. I checked the scale and I was down 6 pounds! I had found new hope…

In just 3 months that seemed to have flown by, I went from 140 to 124! My clothes that were too snug before, fit great now. I feel so accomplished. I really didn't think I would be able to lose the weight. Nothing I tried was working, until I tried 310.
