Sweet potatoes are always on my grocery list because they’re tasty, versatile, have a long shelf life, and are full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. As mentioned, they’re also a source of fiber, which is a key component for satiety. Pairing them with 310 Shake in this recipe results in a shake that offers 21g of plant-based proteins and 10g of dietary fiber - for a well-balanced snack that can also be enjoyed as a yummy dessert!

What You Need to Make this Shake

For this recipe, I use 310 Organic Gingerbread, unsweetened almond milk, sweet potato, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt. Feel free to add your favorite warm spices for a stronger gingerbread flavor.

How to Make this Shake

Let’s get to blending! First, prepare your sweet potato. You can steam, roast, or boil it, it’s really up to you! After your sweet potato is fully cooked, roughly mash it with a fork.

Next, warm your almond milk on the stove or in the microwave.

Once you have your sweet potato and almond milk prepared, combine everything into a blender and blend on a medium-to-high setting until everything is smooth and creamy. Serve your finished shake into a mug or thermos and enjoy your nourishing holiday treat!


  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Gingerbread
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
