310 Dalgona "Whipped" Coffee Shake Recipe
Prep time: 3 minutes
Blend time: 2-5 minutes
Total time: 5-10 minutes
- 2 scoops 310 Shake - flavor of choice
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tsp monkfruit sugar (or another sugar-free alternative)
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- Using two shaker cups, add 1 cup almond milk and 1 scoop 310 Shake into each. Mix well until combined.
- In a bowl, combine instant coffee, monkfruit sugar, and hot water. Using either a hand blender or a whisk, mix vigorously for a few minutes until it turns into a whipped foam. This will take 2-3 minutes using a hand blender or a little longer using a whisk.
- Add ice to each 310 shake and top with your whipped coffee. Mix well and enjoy!
