Mocha Latte Shake Recipe

I have always wanted to be one of those people who can drink their coffee black with no cream or sugar, but haven't gotten there yet! Instead, I'm a huge fan of flavored lattes (especially frappes)! But, rather than purchasing an over-priced frappe that’s most likely full of artificial flavors and processed sugars, I just blend my own Mocha Latte Shake at home! It takes under five minutes to make and is full of antioxidants from coffee, cacao and 310 Shake to help me feel my best! It’s the perfect beverage to replace sugary iced coffees and I think you’ll find that it even tastes better too!

What You Need to Make this Shake

This shake is made with just seven nutritious, whole food ingredients and no artificial flavorings or syrups. All you need is 310 Organic Chocolate, frozen banana, chilled coffee, unsweetened almond milk, cacao powder, almond butter, and ice. It’s simple to make while being full of flavor and nutrients.

If you’re someone who loves customizing your drink at a coffee shop, this is going to be the fun part where you can make your own creation to suit your taste buds. Here are some variations that are also super-tasty and flavorful, that you can try!

  • Cashew butter instead of almond butter: Adds more of a buttery, cookie-like flavor.
  • Espresso or instant coffee instead of brewed coffee: For a more intense coffee flavor. If using instant coffee, adjust the recipe by adding more almond milk.
  • Oat milk or cashew milk: For a creamier texture
  • Omit banana: For a low-carb and keto-friendly version
  • Cacao nibs: Adds a nice crunch and texture

How to Make this Shake

The first step to making this shake is to brew your coffee the night prior, so you can allow it to chill overnight. Alternatively, you can purchase a large container of black iced coffee at the store to make things even quicker!

Once you have your chilled coffee, add it with the rest of your ingredients into the blender and blend on a high setting until everything is combined, which takes approximately one minute. Once you have a creamy and smooth consistency, pour your latte shake into a glass or shaker cup and enjoy your healthy-and-delicious mocha treat!

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Chocolate
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 8oz coffee, chilled
  • 4oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
