Tell us about your journey to better health…

I knew I had to do something. I had low energy, my weight was out of control… And to top it all off my doctor told me I had high cholesterol!

My first thought was to meet with a dietitian (who gave me some great advice!). 

But I needed something to kick-start my journey so I started researching supplements and came across 310…

When I started my journey back in 2020 I weighed 199 lbs… Today I’m maintaining weight at 130 with my goal of 125 in sight!

In just 2 years I’ve gone from a size 18 to a size 6. I have a ton more energy and don't mind having my picture taken!

To be perfectly honest it's been life changing…

I don't have to deprive myself of things I enjoy - and even indulge in pizza, popcorn, and an alcoholic beverage here and there!

Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine? 

I always start my morning with a 310 Shake… And I usually add rice, cauliflower/avocado, fruit and sometimes spinach (mixed with almond or cashew milk and ice!).

For lunch, I like to have salad or chicken stir fry…

And when supper rolls around, I’ll either do another shake or a meal of fish, salmon, chicken and a vegetable of some sort. 

It really varies depending on my schedule since I work a full time job, and bartend on the side! 

(I love my Horchata, Chocolate Icing, and Vanilla Cake Shakes and drink Hibiscus tea daily.)
