Ingredients:

Serves 1 

  • 1 scoop or 1 single serve packet 310 Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2-1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

I made shake above but added 1/4 coconut milk instead of choa seeds im out…no oats either
