Chocolate Salted Caramel PB Shake

If you’re looking for a healthy, yet rich dessert alternative, this Chocolate Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Shake is going to deeply satisfy your sweet tooth while fueling your body with clean ingredients!

This recipe is one of my favorites when I want to switch up my fruity smoothies and have something more indulgent. Read on to learn how you can create this yummy shake!

What You’ll Need to Make this Shake

This Chocolate Salted Caramel PB Shake may have complex flavors, but it's actually super-easy to make! All you need is 310 Organic Salted Caramel, unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, 310 Peanut Butter Powder, hemp seeds, cacao powder, sea salt, and ice.

Switch it up with 310 Shake Flavors

Using different 310 Shakes is a great way to switch up the flavors of this delicious recipe! Although this shake calls for a scoop of 310 Organic Salted Caramel, you can use half a scoop of that and half a scoop of 310 Organic Chocolate to boost the cocoa flavors even more! If you’re not in the mood for chocolate, don’t worry! Simply omit the cacao powder and try adding half a scoop of 310 Organic Vanilla with half a scoop of 310 Organic Salted Caramel! Regardless of which flavor combination you choose, 310 Shakes are the best way to add taste, texture, and a major boost of nutrients to your drink. Ways to "Shake it Up"

If you’re looking through your pantry and see that you're missing some ingredients this recipe calls for, see if you have any of the following to use instead!

  • Oats instead of frozen banana
  • Cashew or oat milk for a creamier shake
  • Add peanut butter along with 310 Peanut Butter Powder for more healthy fats
  • Cacao nibs for more texture
  • Chia seeds or flax seeds instead of hemp seeds

How to Make this Shake

It’s finally time to make this delicious shake! Simply add your ingredients into the blender and blend on a high setting until smooth.

I recommend examining the consistency of the shake before adding ice because I often find the frozen banana is enough to add a nice, creamy texture. However, feel free to add half a cup of ice to create a more “slushie” consistency and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve the shake in a glass and top with cacao nibs or peanuts, if you so desire!
