For the times you can’t decide between a salty snack or a sweet treat, give this Chocolate Salted Caramel Shake a try to satisfy all your taste buds! I love starting the day off with this sweet and creamy shake because it puts me in the best mood by fueling my body with nutritious ingredients in a way that tastes like a yummy dessert.

With fiber from frozen cauliflower rice and plant-based proteins from 310 Shake, this indulgent shake helps keep me satiated throughout the day and also makes for a great pre- or post-workout drink. Take this shake with you on-the-go and skip the overly-processed snacks that tend to be full of preservatives and other additives. Since it can be fully made in under five minutes, you can fit it in even on super hectic days!

What You Need to Make this Shake

The ingredients you need to make this shake are pretty simple...  310 Organic Chocolate, 310 Organic Salted Caramel, unsweetened almond milk, frozen cauliflower rice, almond butter, cacao powder, vanilla, a dash of sea salt, and ice. I'm a big fan of combining different flavors of 310 Shakes to add some variety to my recipes and this combo is definitely a winner!

Chocolate and salted caramel are two flavors that complement each other so well, so I had to pair 310 Organic Chocolate with 310 Organic Salted Caramel. I even included cacao powder and a dash of sea salt in this recipe to enhance both flavors further for the perfect sweet and salty taste. This combination is a game changer and I've been using it frequently to add variation to some of my other recipes.

310 Shakes are always a must-have in my kitchen, because they're formulated with 15g of plant-based proteins and so many other nutritious ingredients. Below are a few of the things I value in 310 Shakes!
