Keto-Friendly Chocolate Raspberry Shake Recipe

 

When my sugar cravings hit, I want to eat all the sweets, whether it be chocolate or something fruity! If you're ever in the same boat and find yourself reaching for a treat like chocolate truffles, you're not alone. That's why I made this Chocolate Raspberry Shake.  It's my go-to whenever I need a sweet treat, and it's also keto-friendly for anyone following a low-carb diet!

Blended with clean, nutritious ingredients like 310 Chocolate Shake, frozen raspberries, avocado, cashew milk, and raspberry extract (optional), each sip of this Chocolate Raspberry Shake will remind you of decadent fruit-filled chocolate truffles! Unlike typical chocolate truffles that are packed with sugar and/or artificial flavors, this protein smoothie contains only natural sweeteners – from juicy raspberries, and plant-based Stevia in 310 Shake.

This step is optional, but I highly recommend! 

Good Fats and Velvety Texture: Avocado

Finally, in order to achieve the creamy, velvety texture of a chocolate raspberry truffle, half an avocado is blended into this recipe. It might sound a little weird at first, but trust me, once you start you'll be addicted (in the best way possible)!

This highly-nutritious fruit offers good fats (polyunsaturated and monosaturated), as well as dietary fiber, that can greatly help increase feelings of fullness. Avocados also offer vitamins A, D, E, and K to support optimal health and immunity.

Keto-Friendly Chocolate Raspberry Shake

Prep time: 3 minutes

Blend time: 1 minute

Total time: 4 minutes

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp raspberry extract

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

  • 275 calories
  • 25g carbs
  • 11g net carbs
  • 14g fat
  • 18g protein
