There are so many things that can disrupt the sleep cycle - which can lead to groggy and sluggish mornings that I’m sure you’re familiar with too! One of my favorite ways to begin the day is with an energizing breakfast and this Morning Chocolaty Coffee Shake combines my meal and coffee into one convenient drink! I can make it in just minutes and I pour it into a shaker cup to take with me wherever I go!

Although I only use five ingredients to make this shake, it’s still packed with essential nutrition for a balanced pick-me-up. There’s quality protein and healthy fats from 310 Shake, and plain Greek yogurt to fuel your body and help keep you full. If you typically like flavored lattes, this shake tastes like a mocha frappe but with none of the added sugars and artificial ingredients for a yummy and healthy way to enjoy your cup of coffee!

This shake couldn’t be easier to make! All you need is 310 Organic Chocolate, cold brew coffee, frozen banana, plain Greek yogurt, and ice. I like using cold brew for its convenience, but you can also brew your own coffee and chill it instead.
