Vanilla Mango Smoothie Recipe

Brighten up your day with a naturally-sweet and deliciously-fruity drink with this Vanilla Mango Smoothie, for a quick and satisfying treat! Every sip is packed with juicy flavor and tastes just like a creamy and indulgent vanilla milkshake. I love blending up this recipe as an afternoon pick-me-up and it does a great job of keeping me full until dinnertime.

It can be hard to find mangoes when they’re not in season, which is why I use frozen mangoes instead. Mango is a fantastic fruit to keep in the freezer because it’s full of fiber, antioxidants, and enzymes that support and balance your overall health. It also adds a nice touch of sweetness to your drinks and pairs well with a variety of different ingredients. With 18g of quality protein and 8g of dietary fiber, this smoothie is an easy and yummy way to incorporate more nutrition into your day!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

Let’s first talk about what you need to make this recipe. I used 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen mango, banana, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, and ice.

310 Organic Vanilla

Adding a scoop of 310 Organic Vanilla to any fruit smoothie is my favorite way to achieve a rich and indulgent milkshake flavor. The added boost of sweet vanilla bean truly makes everything taste like a dessert without any artificial flavors or sugar! Not to mention, 310 Organic Vanilla also offers 15g of plant-based proteins from a blend of pumpkin, brown rice, and pea to help you get more protein into your day. It can be hard to find ways to switch up your sources of protein, so blending up a yummy smoothie is a quick-and-easy way to incorporate more of this essential macronutrient into your diet!

310 Organic Vanilla is a must-have for every pantry and here’s a few standout reasons why…

  • Made with quality vegan & organic ingredients
  • Free from sugar, soy, gluten, dairy, nuts, and GMOs
  • Keto & paleo-friendly
  • Can be used in oatmeal, chia seed puddings, healthy baked goods, and more!

Recipe Variations

There are countless ways you can customize this recipe depending on your personal taste preferences and what you have readily available. Below are just a few ingredients you can play with to switch up the flavor!
