Blueberries & Cream Keto Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop or 1 single serve packet of 310 vanilla shake powder
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: a few drops of liquid stevia
  • Calories per serving: 435
