Sweet and salty is one of my all-time favorite flavor combinations! But I wanted to kick things up a notch with this Salted Caramel Coconut Shake to marry the salty-sweet flavors with a slight hint of coconut. Let me tell you, it does not disappoint!
Full of healthy fats from coconut milk and unsweetened coconut flakes, this shake is not only delicious, but satiating as well. Able to be made in five minutes (or even less), this drink is the perfect healthy dessert or meal for on-the-go. It’s so rich and indulgent that I sometimes forget it’s full of whole, nutritious ingredients!
What You Need to Make this Shake
You would think such a flavorful shake takes a lot of work and ingredients, but you only need six ingredients to make this delightful creation: 310 Organic Salted Caramel, frozen banana, frozen cauliflower rice, unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened coconut flakes, and coconut extract. The coconut extract really boosts the natural sweetness and nuttiness of the coconut flakes without any added sugars or artificial sweeteners, so it’s worth grabbing next time you’re at the grocery store!

As mentioned previously, this recipe only has six ingredients, so it leaves a lot of room for you to customize it however you’d like! Feel free to get creative and play around with different flavors and textures! Here are some alternative ingredients you can incorporate that I find super yummy...
- Add cacao powder or 1/2 scoop of 310 Organic Chocolate
- Omit frozen cauliflower rice and use a frozen banana
- Add frozen coconut milk ice cubes for extra volume
- Add cacao nibs for a fun crunch
- Try a dash of sea salt to enhance the flavors even more
How to Make this Shake
Once you have all your ingredients, add them to your blender and blend on a high setting until you reach a nice, smooth consistency - making sure there are no chunks remaining. I like starting at a slow speed and then increasing it to a higher speed to achieve the perfect silky texture. After everything is combined, pour the shake into a glass or shaker cup and sip away!
