I was disheartened with my increasing weight gain, but it was also so much more than that. The extra pounds greatly affected how I felt and my ability to be my best self for my family. Eventually I realized I was struggling to complete normal, everyday tasks because I didn’t have the energy or motivation. At one point I couldn’t even climb the stairs without gasping for air.

As my son started to grow, I became more and more aware that I had to change my ways, and soon. When he started walking and running, I couldn’t keep up with him. It also dawned on me that he was starting to pay more attention, and I wanted to set a good example.

My normal routine is to have two shakes for meals per day. My favorite flavors are the Vanilla, Vanilla Chai and Salted Caramel – and they taste so yummy it’s hard to believe they’re good for you! I have one shake for breakfast – typically mixing one of the shake flavors with a banana and water in a blender. It only takes about 30 seconds and tastes scrumptious!

I have the second shake for my dinner. One of the best parts about this program is that it’s so flexible. You can pick the schedule and meals that work best for you. Personally, I like to pack a big, healthy salad for my lunch – and I also bring healthy snacks with me like almonds or crackers and hummus.

Weight Loss Success!

I’m so proud to say that in just a year of using 310 Shakes, combined with a much healthier diet and exercise, I’ve lost a total of 52 pounds so far! And I’m not done yet!
