For me, I like a breakfast that has a protein and healthy fats, so I typically enjoy eggs with avocado. When I’m looking to switch up my usual meal, this Salted Caramel Shake has 19g of plant-based proteins and 12g of nourishing fats from 310 Shake and almond butter to help keep me full.
