Keto Coconut Cream Shake Recipe

It can be hard to find sweet treats that stay within the parameters of low-carb or keto guidelines, but that’s why I created this yummy Keto Coconut Cream Shake! It’s bursting with flavor and packed with healthy fats, while tasting like a sweet and creamy dessert -- without any unnecessary additives or artificial flavorings, and suiting a variety of different lifestyles!

What You Will Need to Make this Shake

This Keto Coconut Cream Shake is super-easy to make and takes under five minutes! All you need is 310 Vanilla, 310 MCT Oil, coconut milk, frozen coconut cream, unsweetened coconut flakes, vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt. You may be questioning why salt is included in this recipe, but trust me, it really helps add additional flavor and depth to this shake!

MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides. It's derived from coconut oil to provide you with a quick source of energy and support mental focus. 310 Vanilla or 310 Chocolate

For the coconut cream recipe, I use a scoop of 310 Vanilla! It’s my go-to flavor for adding a sweet, dessert-like base to any shake! If you’re more into the rich, cocoa flavor of chocolate, I recommend using 310 Chocolate instead for a "chocolate coconut cream" shake! Whether you choose chocolate or vanilla, 310 Shakes can help support overall health and wellness while adding amazing taste and texture to your shakes.     Alternative Ingredients

    This shake is absolutely delicious as it is, but you can take it a step further and add additional ingredients for even more flavor and texture, if you so desire! Below are some options that I find pair wonderfully with the coco-nutty flavors.

    • Cacao nibs for a chocolate chip texture
    • Your choice of nut butter for healthy fats and additional nuttiness
    • Coconut meat to further boost coconut flavor (can also be a substitute for coconut cream)

    How to Make the Shake

    Let’s finally get down to how you make this scrumptious shake! The first thing that needs to be prepped is the coconut cream. Pour the coconut cream into an ice tray and set it in the freezer to freeze overnight.

    Next, combine 310 Vanilla310 MCT Oil, coconut milk, unsweetened coconut flakes, vanilla extract, sea salt, and the frozen coconut cream cubes into a blender, and blend on a high setting until a creamy, smooth consistency is reached. Pour the shake into a glass and top it off with coconut flakes and enjoy!

    Keto Coconut Cream Shake

    Prep time: 3 minutes

    Blend time: 1 minute

    Total time: 4 minutes

    Serves 1

    Ingredients:

    • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
    • 1/2 tbsp 310 MCT Oil
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1/4 cup coconut cream (frozen into ice cubes)
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 dash sea salt

    Directions:

    1. Pour coconut cream into an ice tray and set in the freezer overnight.
    2. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
    3. Serve and enjoy!

    • 14g carbs
    • 6g net carbs
    • 37g fat
    • 18g protein
