This highly-nutritious “fruit” adds an immense silkiness to your smoothie and is also a great source of nutritious fats, including monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats, along with fiber to help keep you full for hours!

Vanilla Hazelnut Keto Shake

Prep time: 3 minutes

Blend time: 1 minute

Total time: 4 minutes

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened hazelnut or almond milk
  • 1 oz hazelnuts
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
