Pear Ginger Smoothie Recipe

This Pear Ginger Smoothie is a great way to take advantage of sweet and juicy pears that are in season throughout autumn. Not to mention, seasonal produce is often on sale so you can have the yummiest and most economical ingredients!

Using fresh ginger and pear, this smoothie is full of fiber and naturally-detoxifying properties to support digestion and fight inflammation in the body. I even include a scoop of 310 Collagen in this smoothie for an extra boost of protein that also supports healthy hair, skin, nails, and joints. Whether you’re looking for a satiating breakfast, snack, or post-workout drink, this smoothie can do it all!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

All you need for this smoothie is 310 Organic Unflavored, pear, fresh ginger, spinach, hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut milk, 310 Collagen, and ice. If you want to add extra flavor, feel free to incorporate some cinnamon, clove, or nutmeg for a warm, spiced version of this smoothie.

Pears have a sweet, subtle flavor that can be easily overpowered, so I like using 310 Organic Unflavored to maintain the natural sweetness of the fruit while adding the nutrition I need, like plant-based proteins and dietary fiber. This specific 310 Shake formula is fantastic because it's not only flavorless, but also unsweetened, giving you complete control to get creative in the shake department!

  • Coconut water in place of coconut milk

How to Make this Smoothie

The night prior to making this recipe, slice a small pear and place it in the freezer to use the following day.

When you’re ready to make your smoothie, add your sliced frozen pears and other ingredients into a blender and blend on a high setting until all the ingredients are completely mixed and free of any clumps.

Blend tip: To ensure the spinach is thoroughly incorporated, you can blend spinach with coconut milk first to create a smooth puree before adding the remaining ingredients.

After you’ve finished preparing your smoothie, serve your drink in a glass or shaker cup and sip away!


  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Unflavored
  • 1 small pear, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop 310 Collagen
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
