Mango Turmeric Smoothie

You have probably seen turmeric in the form of capsules, tablets, or teas, but simply adding it to your smoothies is a tasty and easy way to start incorporating this aromatic spice into your diet!

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional: Ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
