Salted Caramel Coconut Shake Recipe
With so many of you interested in keto - and eating more low-carb in general to help optimize weight loss results - I'm working to get more creative in the dessert department. This Salted Caramel Coconut Shake is one of my latest keto-friendly creations!
It's the perfect combination of sweet-and-salty, with subtle nuttiness from shredded coconut - and it will surely be a hit for everyone! It’s full of healthy, energizing fats to help keep you satiated and focused on even the busiest of days.
What You Will Need to Make this Shake
This indulgent shake is so simple to make and takes under five minutes, making it ideal for a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert! All you need is 310 Organic Salted Caramel, unsweetened almond milk, full-fat canned coconut milk, unsweetened dried coconut, 310 MCT oil, sea salt, and ice.

Don’t have all the ingredients required to make this shake? Check out some of these alternative ingredients you can use before making a trip to the grocery store. Here are some unique ways I’ve prepared this shake, but feel free to make your own substitutions to fit your own personal taste.
- Coconut meat: In place of dried coconut
- Coconut milk: As a almond milk substitution
- Avocado or coconut oil: Instead of MCT oil
Other Ways to Use Coconut Milk
You will definitely have some canned coconut milk leftover from this shake, since this recipe only calls for a quarter cup of this ingredient, but don’t worry! Canned coconut is an extremely versatile ingredient and you can use it in both sweet and savory dishes. I like using the rest of my coconut milk in marinades, soups, or a curry. You can also use it in your other favorite shake recipes for an extra boost of healthy fats!
How to Make this Shake
In order to make this shake, just simply add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is completely smooth, which takes about a minute. Once you reach a smooth consistency, pour your shake into a glass and garnish with unsweetened dried coconut and an additional dash of salt, then enjoy!

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened dried coconut
- 1 tbsp 310 MCT Oil
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 cup ice
