    Feel better

    I have been adding this daily to my 310 smoothie which I drink half for breakfast and 1/2 for lunch and make 16 oz at a time in my blender. I blend with 1 frozen banana and add “the greens” and MCT oil. Just overall feel better. I am a very 42 yo, very busy Nurse Practitioner and mother of two young amazing girls and my diet is not the greatest. I have a lot of brain fog and am trying to cut refined sugars from my diet and processed foods and keeping gluten at a minimum and in the short time I have. Been using 310, I feel better for sure and it actually tastes great!! My skin looks so much better!!
