This is one of my favorite “healthy snack hacks” because grapes have a candy-like quality when they’re frozen and are the perfect nutritious treat! You can also add a handful of frozen grapes into your smoothies for a boost of natural sweetness, and the combination of tart berries with juicy grapes is absolutely irresistible. This Berry Grape Smoothie is bursting with fruity flavor and packed with nutrition for a yummy drink that you simply have to try!
Grapes aren’t always on my grocery list, but I’ve been rediscovering my love for them! They’re full of nutrition, are hydrating, and they pair well with a lot of ingredients, (like berries)! This smoothie is a great way to incorporate more whole foods into your day and even has plant-based proteins from 310 Shake to help keep you full. What You Need to Make this Smoothie
First, I’m going to quickly review the ingredients in this recipe. You will need 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened almond milk, frozen mixed berries, frozen grapes, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and ice. I like using purple grapes, but you can use any type of grape you’d like!

- Coconut milk instead of almond milk
- Your choice of berry instead of a mix
- Add a scoop of 310 Berry Greens

How to Make this Recipe
At last, it’s time to get blending! Simply combine all your ingredients into the blender and gradually blend on a medium-to-high setting until completely smooth. Once you achieve a creamy consistency with no clumps remaining, serve your finished drink into a glass or shaker cup and enjoy your nutrient-packed smoothie!
- 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen purple grapes
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
